I'm a Tricres-qualified coach working with a methodology proven across hundreds of businesses, from start-ups to enterprises, to diagnose and transform culture from the inside out.

I'm direct, warm, and I genuinely love this work. I'll be honest with you even when it's uncomfortable, because that's how things actually change. The process will feel less like a corporate exercise and more like a proper conversation between people who want the same thing.
