I've spent more than half my life working for a private healthcare company, one which grew from a husband and wife business to the global healthcare leader it is today.
I worked my way from student to Managing Director with many roles in between and have done everything from patching cables for the server room to operating multi-million pound businesses across multiple sites, large number of employees and plenty of risk.
After years in senior leadership roles, including Director of People and Managing Director, I fully understand the ins and outs of what leaders face every day – both the big wins and the tough challenges.

Outside of work, I'm a wife, mother and the owner of 2 cheeky beagles. I recently became a publican and have also published 2 children's books.
